Key Points of the Data Protection Policy for Group Leaders
- Delete data when leaders change or groups close
- No contact details should go on the website or facebook
- Use BCC for communication unless there has been agreement between members of the group to do otherwise
- People should be encouraged to stand away from photos being taken for publication on Facebook etc. if they do not wish to be in them
