The Adventure4Us group is suitable for members of all ages and abilities.
We define an “Adventure” as anything we haven’t done before (or in some cases haven't done recently) so it covers a very wide spectrum, from sitting on a boat enjoying a drink to flying through the air on a zip wire. Members can choose which activities they wish to take part in and can come along to as many or as few as they wish.
We have a long list of potential activities (see "Links" below) and at periodic intervals members vote on their preferences, the Group Leader then strives to arrange opportunities to take part in these. The activities themselves take place on various weekdays depending on when those interested are available.
Planning meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Group Leader's house where we discuss potential activities for the next few months and get feedback on recent trips, but it is not essential to come to these because everything is arranged via email anyway.
