Canterbury & Whitstable Trip – 29 & 30 July

* everyone makes their own way to “Canterbury” on the Tuesday morning  

* we arrange to meet early afternoon - maybe have a guided tour of Canterbury - then a guided tour of the Cathedral - your thoughts on this welcome if this is too much in an afternoon and do one or the other

* after everyone has booked in at their accommodation late afternoon - the group meet up for an evening pub meal ? in Canterbury or outskirts

* on the Wednesday morning maybe have a guided tour of “ Whitstable” ( my thinking is do something outwith a National Trust / English Heritage property - that members otherwise won’t have the opportunity to undertake) - possibly a coffee afterwards

* everyone is then free to make their way back to Fareham - visiting if they wish a local NT property or similar on the way home
